Daily Rent - Dailyrent Terms and conditions:

General:

We only hire cars on the Algarve.

Minimum driver´s age is 25 years.

The drivers license has to be recognized in Portugal and issued at least 2 years before.

Please make sure you have all the important documents ( Passport, Identification card and drivers license ) ready.

Delivery at the airport between 21.00 P.M and 7.50 A.M costs extra 15 €.

Bringing back the car extremely dirty will be fined with 50 €.

Deposit:

The car hire company requests a valid credit card because of safety reasons.

The excess can be paid in cash or as mentioned above.

This takes place before receiving the car. The client ( driver or not ) is always responsible for the excess. The fees depend on the different groups.

Reservation:

To make a successful reservation we need complete flight details (flight number and arrival time).

A valid E-Mail address to respond your request.

Baby seats and booster seats on requirements.

How to collect your car

Faro Airport

At the airport hall in the arrival area a rep of Dailyrent will expect you. After receiving your luggage and walking through the sliding doors, follow the barriers to your left side. Pass the tourist information and we will wait for you on the right hand side in front of Vodafone shop. We´ll be holding up a sign with your name written on it. Also we´ll be wearing lime green T-Shirts ( with print “ Dailyrent” ). Stay with our mobile number: 00351-965775698 which you have access to 24 hours a day.

Price information

One car hire day is equal 24 hours. Every overdraft will be treated as another day.
The tolerance by delivery is 2 hours.
Rate for 3 days is 50% of the weekly price.
Rates for more than 3 days and less than 7 days are calculated following:
P.Ex. 3 days price : by 3, then multiplied by the amount of days.
Rates for more than 7 days , the weekly price gets divided by 7, then you multiply it again with the amount of rental days.
Fully payment is necessary when signing the contract.
Payment can take due by credit card or in cash (€).
Foreign currencies or cheques can not be accepted.
